About the Developer
The Quarries at Beaver Creek is being developed by Industrial Realty Group, L.L.C. (IRG) and its founder and managing partner Stuart Lichter. Mr. Lichter owns and controls in excess of 40,000,000 square feet of real estate through IRG and affiliated companies.

Mr. Lichter graduated as a business major from Hunter College, a part of the City University of New York. He completed all course work for a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Pace University. He satisfactorily completed all course work and the experience requirement for the M.A.I. designation from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Stuart also completed one term at New York University Law School.

Subsequently, Mr. Lichter earned extensive real estate appraisal, brokerage and consulting experience in various positions with General Services Administration, New York Life Insurance Company, Marine Midland Bank and Quadrelle Realty Services, which did extensive consulting work for, among others, Weight Watchers International, Heinz Corporation, Marine Midland Bank and the National Development Council.

While involved in a wide variety of properties, Mr. Lichter has increasingly focused his energy over the last ten years on the industrial, commercial and R&D niche of the marketplace. He has become one of the leading factors in the adaptive reuse of very large industrial complexes that have been closed by major corporations and the federal government. He has successfully recycled these properties into viable multi-tenant complexes.

In recent years, he has acquired, in various forms and partnerships, over 60 industrial and commercial properties with a total square footage in excess of 40,000,000 square feet-the, largest private holding of industrial and commercial real estate in the nation.
